That’s an interesting perspective, Eve. I’ve never cared much for celebrities any more than I care about another human. At the end of the day, we do need to remind ourselves that regardless of their privilege, they still face the same limitations of the human condition. Feelings are universal. And regardless of how much fame or money one might have, no one can ever buy true love or happiness or protect themselves from loss, grief, etc. Not sure if there’s any solace in this, but that’s what came to mind. Perhaps it helps me humanize the ‘fame privilege’ element.
