Although I’m not a fan of celebrating birthdays, I do believe in celebrating the mundane. If it feels like a celebration — even for no evident reason, I rejoice in the idea. I follow an ‘inner code’ that guides me when it’s time for celebration — haha! Anyways, I like the conversation about the saboteur voice standing in the way of celebrating. It’s such a prevalent issue. Thanks for sharing!
